Concord man charged with sharing sex video without consent: court


CONCORD, NH – The following individuals were recently charged in Merrimack County Superior Court.

James O. Gadwah, 60, of Willard Drive in Somersworth for two drug-related felonies; prohibited acts, mixing amphetamines and dextroamphetamines and meth, indictment on March 11 in Concord.

Ruben Galvan, 45, of Lake Street in Swanzey, for felony tampering with physical evidence and driving after suspension, following prosecution charges. On February 8, he was charged with throwing a glass pipe into a ditch to obstruct an investigation after being arrested on Industrial Drive in Franklin. Galvan’s license was suspended in December 2021. He was convicted of driving after suspension in Franklin District Court in April 2019.

Michael Hann, 34, of Concord, charged with second degree assault and domestic violence. He was charged with strangling an intimate partner at the Holiday Inn in Concord on March 28.

Justin Hebert, 28, of Clinton Street in Concord for burglary, theft by unauthorized taking and receiving charges of theft of property, all felonies. He was charged with burglary and theft of property from Route 3 Auto Sales in Concord and retaining ownership of the business in Hooksett on April 6, 2021.

Sammy Hernandez, 38, of Dartmouth Street in Manchester, charged with criminal possession of methamphetamine in Bow on March 9.

Jessi Hillsgrove, 39, of Eddy Drive in Boscawen for criminal possession of methamphetamine on Sewalls Falls Road in Concord on April 27.
